||Name:||Terlaner Nova Domus Riserva|
|Varietal:||Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Blanc|
|Region:||Italy / Alto Adige|
I’ve heard and suspected that Terlan whites can age well, but never had the opportunity to test the theory. Until last week. The verdict is – true. Nova Domus goes deep with age. Unlocking many layers, growing a bigger body, gaining in perceived viscosity. I would decant it 2 hours in advance to uncover the white and yellow fruit and floral character which hide under the initial buttery and toasty story. Great acidity!
