Another “chance” bottle with no info on provenance. Luck was on our side. Being the second wine of the Haut-Brion house, common traits are evident. What’s most impressive is that commonalities are in quiet elegance, vibration and integration. The main difference from the Haut-Brion is the intensity (do not mistake for volume) of their quiet symphony. I would say it is akin to a royal offspring who is not preoccupied with coronation, opting for a quieter life instead.
