First bottle tonight was badly corked. Luckily there was a second one on hand. It was just fine. Typical Graves’ graphite/pencil shavings character of Cabernet (Sauvignon, in this instance). Earthy, savory, cedar and tobacco. Touch of dust and heaps of character, in spite of its asceticism. Still quite young and lively without any evident tertiary notes and quite modest secondary ones.
