Nuances and layered, it has that “quiet roar” quality. Raspberry, strawberry, mulberry and flowers inter-weaved with some meaty notes and, dare I say,…eucalyptus (?). Typical Bertagna density (in a good way). Great texture, rolling on your tongue before the young tannins make themselves known. Lovely. Give it 1.5-2 hrs worth of air for all the layers to find their place.
