Brilliant golden hues. Acidity takes the lead, but this is the fresh acidity, not the unripe, astringent kind. Elegant perfume of ripe yellow fruit (pear) with a touch of yeast. I would decant it and pair with food. Pasta with ragou bianco would work great. Roasted suckling pig could be another option. Overall, a terrific food wine, but I had it solo and enjoyed every sip.
